Bluefield State College’s Windows on the World features Fulbright Scholars at other US host institutions in the fall and spring semesters. Visiting Fulbright Scholars share presentations about their areas of expertise and the customs and cultures of their countries with students of Bluefield State College and area high schools. Congress to Campus is held during the fall semester and an Argument Docket by the West Virginia Supreme during the spring semester. BSC campus events are open to the public.

To host visiting Fulbright Scholars at area high schools or to reserve seats for high school students to attend Congress to Campus and the Argument Docket on the BSC campus, please contact Dr. Sudhakar R Jamkhandi at sjamkhandi@hwanfei.com or call (304) 327-4036.
