Bluefield State University has signed Memoranda of Understanding with international higher education institutions to promote student and faculty exchanges, faculty-led study abroad, collaborative research, and information sharing. The Office of the Provost is responsible for approving and signing of MOUs between Bluefield State University and its international partners to engage in activities of mutual benefit.
